I forgot my user ID or my password.

Partners-SIB office – click “Forgot your password”, this is right next to the password area and you will be redirected to an area to input your User ID (this will be your company account number), your first name and your email address. An updated password will be sent to you immediately. Continued challenges, contact Troy Smith.

Partners-LC360 – click “Forgotten your password”, this is located below the login and you will be redirected to an area to input your user name (this will be your email address) and your email address, and a new password will be sent to you immediately. Continued challenges, contact Troy Smith.

LC360 is not working properly and I am NOT using Internet Explorer.

Partners: LC360 is designed to be fully compatible with Internet Explorer; however, if you are unable to download this browser, make certain that you have downloaded the “Silverlight” program. Still having challenges, please call Troy at 727-384-5454 ext 106.

Inspectors: Please download internet explorer.

LC360 is not working properly and I AM using Internet Explorer.

Make sure your browser is in compatibility mode for sibfla.com. Confirm or change: In the right corner of your toolbar, click ‘Tools’ or click on the gear icon; on the drop down list, select ‘Compatibility View Settings’. The window that opens will have a statement: ‘Add this website’, enter SIBFLA.com and click ‘Add’. Refresh your page. If this does not solve the problem, please call Troy if you are a partner or Thomas if you are an inspector.

I am an inspector & Rapid Sketch is not working correctly for me.
